Our 12-gauge TXL Automotive Primary Wire is extremely durable thanks to its thin-walled, cross-linked (XLPE) insulation. This not only protects the wire from chemicals, abrasion, fuels, oils, and solvents, but it also allows it to withstand high temperatures of up to 125°C (257°F). The TXL wire itself is made of stranded bare copper conductors so that, despite the protective insulation, it is still flexible enough to fit wherever it’s needed. Looking for wire for wiring applications that specify SAE J1128 requirements? Then this wire is for you.

With 7 different spools and 10 different colors to choose from, Remington Industries allows you to find the wire that best suits your needs. In need of additional customizations? Choose “add to quote”, or take a look at our wire services page and contact our team.

Our Hook-Up Wire Data Chart, found on our Resources page, can provide you with more information on the 12 gauge TXL Automotive Primary Wire.
