This is a 5,000 foot spool of black/white 22 gauge UL1007 topcoat hook-up wire from Remington overstock. Topcoat tinning means that the bare copper strands in this wire are twisted together and given an overall coating of tin, which provides good electrical connectivity and easy soldering. Additionally, the wire is insulated with black 1/64"-thick PVC with a white stripe. Hook-up wire such as this offers high quality performance for all general-purpose electrical applications.
